Paintings

So my senior year is done, finally. As much as my art class killed me this year I have to say that I am pretty proud of the work I've done and how much I have improved throughout the year. So I decided to post all of the paintings I've done in the order they were completed...

I've realized that cartoony looking paintings are way more fun for me...and that I have a slight problem with drawing and painting mushrooms way too often.
I've also realized that I have no idea what to do with any of them...

Senior Prom

I'm such a slacker when it comes to blogging. My bad.

So prom was April 21st and at nine in the morning me and two friends got up, ate quickly, and fled to the hair salon where we sat until like 3:30. My hair took up a good portion of that time...

Once we were finally done we rushed back to my house to finish getting ready. I swear I have never done makeup so quickly. And then of course there was the mini photo shoot by our families.

And the infamous pose me and my brother have been doing since my first homecoming freshman year:
We followed up the photos by meeting the rest of our group for dinner at a Japanese restaurant (which was delicious).

And then finally it was actually time to go to prom. The theme was red carpet: A Night At The Oscars. As we walked the red carpet into the room teachers acted as paparazzi and took our pictures like crazy.
Once inside we took it to the dance floor. And danced for three and half hours. It was so much fun and my legs were super sore from it the next day.

Yeah, definitely a good night.

SB2012

Spring Break 2012- Navarre Beach, Florida. Oh where to begin?

The car ride. We left around 7:30, and six hours later we arrived here...
Absolutely beautiful. The view from our condo was amazing. We got there and after claiming our rooms we took off to the beach for a quick tanning session. Afterwards we went back to our room to get ready for dinner in Pensacola.

The typical night: eating and hanging out on the balcony.

We're an attractive bunch in the morning...
Typical beach pictures:

And finally my 18th birthday. I woke up to balloons, presents, a tiara, and cupcakes.

After breakfast we got ready and headed out to get my tattoo done!

It only took about twenty minutes and I absolutely love it! We finished the day off with dinner at an Italian restaurant and then heading back to the condo for cupcakes. Needless to say I had a great time.

Oh and the pedicure I got for the trip. So cute.
